It's almost Final. Here is a picture of our new house. We hope to close at the end of October. We saw it today and pretty much all it lacks is the carpeting and river rock stones on the front around the door and under the windows to the right and some final touches. We will cut Jason's commute to work from 1 hour each way to about 20min or less. This will really help out with our gas budget. We know that this is where the Lord wants us to be right now and we are fortunate that we were able to find this house for such a great price with the way the housing market is right now. New House

ok so i don't know if anyone else will ask, but i am. looks like a new construction house and i know lower cost from less gas, but is it really in your budget when you add up all the other bills and the avg. cost of utilities? i know that for us based on our income we qualified for $190K house, but when we looked at bills and what our utilities would be then our max for our house could only be $130K and we got lucky to get one by the skin of our teeth, but it still causes us some pains when we have a large elec. bill from not keeping the a/c at a more avg. temp.
i hope you know that i love you guys and am just worried for you and if you have thought about all of it, then good for you and reguardless this is the last i will say. love you much.
